About Josh Haudenschield
Josh Haudenschield is a musician, multi-instrumentalist, performer, sound healer, and singer/songwriter based in Maumee, OH. He earned his Bachelor of Music in Music Composition from Ohio Northern University. There, Josh studied percussion, guitar, and piano while developing his music composition skills. He also sought out an independent study course on Native American music in Ohio. As part of this work, he attended a powwow, where he met Native American flutemaker, Joseph Whitefeather. This experience fostered a love and appreciation for the Native American flute and so began his journey with the instrument. The same year Josh also began harp lessons. He has been playing the harp ever since.
Music has also played a major role in Josh’s spiritual development. Over the last decade, he has explored how he can use his musical skills for sound healing. He has integrated the Native American flute, the harp, guitar, and singing bowls into yoga classes and reiki classes.
